The Whitsunday Sea Eagles have officially started their pre-season training and are now looking for junior coaches, particularly for the clubs Under 12 and Under 17 teams.
Club president Ben Hall said no coaching experience was needed as the club would organise accreditation but an interest in the game was desirable.
"Any previous experience would be appreciated but they don't have to have (experience), we will get them the qualifications they need throughout the year," President Ben Hall told the Whitsunday Times.
The second item on the pre-season agenda for the Sea Eagles in February is the upcoming senior pre-season carnival.
"It's our biggest day of the year," Hall said.
The pre-season carnival on February 27, will include all 7 Allied Pickford's Cup AFL Mackay men's teams and the six premier women's teams including new-comers the Mackay City Hawks.
