Saints make it a three-peat
North Mackay booked their date with Whitsunday's next Saturday with a hard fought 32-point victory over the Sarina Demons.
The Under 13 match started at 8:10am and it took both teams a while to adjust to the early morning dew, with the first few quarters resembling a ice-skating arena. However, it was the Saints who found their feet first with Brooke Laffan, Brody Morris and Jonte Upton the key contributors for the match.
Luke Turner was the most damaging forward on the paddock booting three majors, with fellow Saints, Jonte Upton and Kashmon Radnedge chipping with two each.
For the defeated Demons Daly Murphy and William Bella were tireless all morning.
The Saints have had to get to the Grand-Final the hard way, from the Elimination final and just never know it may just be the year of the Saints in the 13's but in their way is the Whitsunday Sea Eagles.

Churchward and Fedor lead Hawks into GF
An 8-goal to nil opening half by the Mackay City Hawks has secured a Grand-final berth, with the Hawks soaring to an impressive 37-point win over the Whitsunday Sea Eagles.
Jay Churchward and Adam Fedor were the main destroyers for the Hawks, setting up numerous plays from the midfield and provided quality delivery to Jarrod Jones who bagged a game high three goals with Ethan Morris and Wayne Rogers adding two goals each.
For the Sea Eagles Mitch Healey, Logan Milligan and Lachlan Matthews were good for the defeated side.
Mackay City Hawks will now face the North Mackay Saints in the 2015 AFL Mackay Isuzu UTE Shield Grand-Final next Saturday.

Swans take out battle of the birds
The Eastern Swans have recorded a big 79-point win over the Whitsunday Sea Eagles to set up a show-down with cross-town rivals the North Mackay Saints in this years Under 17 Mackay Isuzu UTE Cup Grand-Final.
Josh Gardner booted two goals and was the most damaging player on the field for the Swans.
Swan Jacob Anderson booted home three majors as the number one forward on the paddock with midfielders Branden DeAngelis, Lachlan Bulmer and Bo Saunders also having terrific games.
For the Sea Eagles, Rhys Fuhrmann was by far his sides best player with numerous damaging touches but didn't have enough support.
It was a fantastic, well balanced victory for the Eastern Swans with both their offensive and defensive styles fantastic and have created good momentum going into this Saturday's Grand-Final
