The Mackay Magpies have made it back to back minor premierships, with their 22nd straight victory which dates back to Round 1, 2014.
Magpies hosted the second place North Mackay Saints at Magpies Cricket Ground on Saturday morning and in the end were the better side on the day winning by 3-goals. However, in this is the second week in a row the Magpies have been tested defensively and may just be showing signs of a few weaknesses.
Though Magpies Lisa Millard and Siouxie Twidale were excellent along with Tina Hancock who added two more majors to her season tally, finishing with 34 for the season.
Basketballer Rylie Smith was also a key contributed with Christie Van Moolenbroek for the Magpies.
The Magpies and North Mackay Saints will face each other again, as both will play off for a spot in the Grand-Final in Saturday's Qualifying Final at Rogers Oval.

The Eastern Swans have backed up their strong showing against the minor premiers Mackay Magpies with a strong win over the Moranbah Bulldogs at home.
It was a slick performance from the girls in red and white, of whom were trailing at half-time by 5 points.
An inspiring 4.3, third quarter set up the victory with the Swans on-song offensively and also superb defensively keeping the Bulldogs score-less.
The Swans will now also meet the Bulldogs again but this time on Sunday in an Elimination Final.
