Friday night footy returns to Harrup Park tonight with the AFL Mackay Isuzu UTE Junior competitions.
The Mackay City Hawks take on the North Mackay Saints in the Mackay Isuzu UTE Trophy Round 18 fixture from 6:00pm and then at 7:30pm Mackay City Hawks go head to head with the Eastern Swans.
It will be a jammed pack night at Harrup Park with the non-competitive juniors in action on Harrup Park Oval 9 from 5:00pm and Regional Manager Jeff Neumann said it will be a carnival atmosphere.
"With facilities like Harrup Park, we are very lucky to be able to play not only on first class surfaces but under lights that are second to none," Regional Manager Neumann said.
"Footballers love playing under lights, they are on the centre stage and moving into 2016 we may see more Friday and Saturday night fixtures for both juniors and seniors," Neumann added.
"Both matches tonight will be great to watch and if your a footy fan, then Harrup Park is the place to be tonight."

U13 Hawks V Saints
First Bounce: 6:00pm
Both sides are coming off different form lines, the Saints are currently sitting third on the Isuzu UTE Trophy ladder with the Hawks fighting to keep their spot in the Top 4.
This match, means more for the Mackay City Hawks, as a loss could see the brown and gold miss out on the 2015 finals series. Playing at home will be a massive advantage, when the Hawks will no doubt take with both hands.
Mackay City are coming off a strong showing against competition leaders Whitsundays, going equal on scoring shots with the Sea Eagles but it was the 1st placed side that made the most of their inside fifty's and recorded a 6.2 (38) to 4.4 (28) victory over the Hawks.
North Mackay were too strong for the second placed Demons, defeating Sarina 6.6 (42) to 1.0 (6) at Zeolla Park.
Brody Morris was fantastic for the Saints and will need to be a player the Hawks keep a close eye on. However, Morris isn't the only Saint that is damaging with Jonte Upton and Luke Turner also having fantastic seasons thus far.
For the Hawks Jackson Johnson, Tremaine Mason-Eatts and Joe Ziebarth have been fantastic and were key contributors for Mackay City in Round 17.

U15 Hawks V Swans
First Bounce: 7:30pm
Another interesting match and one that will determine the final make up of positions in the Under 15 Mackay Isuzu UTE Shield top four.
The Hawks are coming off a nail-biting 1-point loss to the hands of the Saints, and they had more scoring shots over North Mackay 13 to 9.
Unfortunately for the Swans, they were understrength and faced the rampaging Whitsunday Sea Eagles at the home of footy Harrup Park and went down by 15 goals. Young up and coming star Coby Saunders was fantastic and one of the red and whites best with 3 goals for the morning.
Central Queensland representative Adam Fedor was the Hawks best and has been one of the competitions best players all season. He needs to be watched closely as does Jayden Stanley and Jay Churchward.
For the Swans Callum Creeley, Travis Mumford, Steve Quarrell and Jack Booth are keys and if the quartet can get their hands on the footy, the Eastern Swans may just collect the four premiership points.
