After round 15 results Glenmore Bulls finished as Minor Premiers with BITS Saints in second, Panthers third and Gladstone fourth. Results went the way of the Glenmore Bulls on the weekend with top of the table Saint losing to Brothers while the Bulls beat Yeppoon by over 100 points. This means that Panthers will play the Gladstone Mudcrabs in the first semi final at Kele Park.
In the upset of the round Brothers proved that their end of season turnaround was no fluke with a win over the top of the table Saints. Brothers were in control for the majority of the first half with leads at both quarter time and half time. The Saints came back in the third quarter kicking 4 goals to Brothers 1. With a quarter of football left in their season Brothers didn’t disappoint kicking 5 goals to overhaul the Saints in the last quarter.
