The first game of the weekend between BITS and YEPPOON should be an absolute cracker. Both teams are amongst the best sides in the competition, Yeppoon starting to slip a little after a great start to the year whilst BITS are beginning to find some form.
A lot will come down to how well the Swans can travel. If they can bring their best team down to Boyne Island then they will probably be too strong for the home side. However, there is plenty to like about the young BITS team who could well push the Swans all the way.
The game between GLENMORE and PANTHERS should be another tight contest. The home side enters the match as favourite, however Panthers are beginning to show that they are capable of some good football. Their beginning to the year was very poor, yet they are starting to show signs that they are capable of matching it with the better sides.
The Bulls will be looking to the Payne brothers to lead the way whilst Liam Kronk and Scott O'Halloran will have to have big games if the Panthers are a chance of a win.
In the final game of the round, BROTHERS are at home to GLADSTONE. Both teams have won a game each in the meetings so far this year, however it is the comprehensive 15 goal win to Brothers last time these sides met which will be fresh in the mind of the Muddies players.
If the Muddies are to be any chance they must start well. Brothers are impossible to stop once they get their confidence up and have endless options up forward.
