The first game of the round has BROTHERS entering the game favourites at home to BITS. Brothers are playing very good football at the moment and it would take a huge effort from BITS to challenge them, particularly at Kele Park.
In both meetings so far this year Brothers have been too strong, with these matches being played down at Boyne Island. Whilst the margins haven't been big, the home ground advantage should see BITS struggle to match it with them once again.
The second game of the weekend between GLADSTONE and PANTHERS shapes to be an absolute beauty. The Muddies played their best footy of the year to win against the odds at Yeppoon last weekend and will need to be playing good football again if they are to record a second successive win.
Panthers beat them last time at Clinton Park and will be looking to repeat the performance once again. It was the undisciplined football from the Muddies that cost them last time and Panthers will be hoping to put the Muddies off their game today once again.
The final game of the round has YEPPOON at home against GLENMORE. The Swans will be fired up for a big game, coming off back to back losses at home. They would have expected to win comfortably last week against Gladstone and will be careful not to enter the contest expecting an easy win.
The Bulls really need a win if they are wanting to play finals, after a good start to the season they have really fallen away in recent weeks.
