Lemm, who is sidelined after undergoing a knee reconstruction last year, watched helplessly from the coaches' box on Friday as the Magpies gave his side a lesson in pressure football.
While he is still at least another five weeks away from playing, he has faith that the Tigers list can put the performance behind them and move forward.
However, making the task more difficult is the Blues will be reeling from their loss to arch-rival North Launceston on Friday night.

However, making the task more difficult is the Blues will be reeling from their loss to arch-rival North Launceston on Friday night.
``We had a chat yesterday [Saturday] morning and did our normal recovery, we didn't think it was necessary to have a crisis meeting or anything like that,'' Lemm said yesterday.
``It's only the first round and we have a lot of new guys, so we are just settling in and getting used to playing with each other.
``We have to take whatever positives we can and remove any negatives, which was most of the day.
``But all the good things, when we move the ball quickly, we get shots on goal. It's pretty simple footy. We will watch all the positive parts of the DVD on Monday night and go from there.
``We had Glenorchy when they lost the week before and they came out playing like that, so hopefully Launceston don't do the same.''
Compounding the Tigers loss was a groin injury to ruckman Scott Dickson, potentially leaving the team undersized against a tall Blues outfit.
