The women’s grand final, between Bulleen and the Canberra Capitals will be a ferocious contest between two teams who play a very similar style of game.  The return of Lauren Jackson to the Canberra outfit has revitalised their team, and Bullen will be working hard to keep Lauren as far away from the basket as possible.  Fans can see the women’s Grand Final live on ABC2 from 1.00pm this Saturday, 6^th March.

The first of the 3 game men’s grand final series will be played on Friday 5^th March in Perth, where the Perth Wildcats will meet NSW’s only NBL team, the Wollongong.  Wollongong coach Gordie McLeod has been a frequent visitor to Coffs Harbour when he coaches the West Sydney Razorbacks, and I am sure many Coffs Harbour fans will be behind the Wollongong team on Friday night.  Game 2 of the men’s series is on Tuesday 9^th March in Wollongong, and if the deciding game is needed, will be in Perth on 12^th March.  All games live on FOX Sports.
