Bank MED League : Round 8 : First win for Antranik- Riyadi Still unbeaten

In The 8th round of BANK MED League , the yearly derby between Riyadi & Sagesse was not as expected , the champions cruised into a big win on the score of 97-72.

Sagesse who missed his foreign players , Brian Feghali & Joe Ghattas due to injuries had to play the game with the local players , the first quarter saw a equal tempo but Riyadi players took over minute after minute and cruised into a very easy win .

In other games Champville had a very difficult game against Anibal in Zahle , the home team who led the majority of the game couldn’t continue on the same tempo , Champville remained in the game through their start Fadi El Khatib who finished the game with 41 points . the 4th quarter turned to be the decisive one in the end and Champville scored another win in its quest on the score of 78-73

In the last game of the round Antranik scored its first win of the season against Kahraba in Zouk , the first half saw a small dominance of the home team but Antranik players were answering back always through their leader Sean Colson and the new forward Alex McLean .

This game saw the long waited come back of Roudi Farraj who took over in the 2nd half and helped his team by scoring from everywhere , he finished the game with 18 points .

In the 2nd half Antranik’s players imposed their rhythm and controlled the game but Kaharaba was always answering through their center Malcolm Battles who finished the game with 32 points Antranik managed to win their first game on the score of 83-75.
