Lebanon 3-0 in the Jones Cup
After three rounds in the Jones Cup Lebanon is the only team who didn't suffer any loss, Lebanon managed today to record another big win in the tournament , this time the opponent was Kazakhstan , Lebanon lost against Kazakhstan for the first time in the history last November in the Asian Games which was held in Qatar, this game was the chance to take the revenge and to prove that the experience in the Asian Games is now history and that Lebanese Basketball is among the best in Asia .
The Lebanese had a very strong game and they imposed their rhythm in the first half through the continuous great performance of the team's captain Fadi Khatib who finished the game with 33points , Lebanon led at the half 52-33, in the second quarter Lebanon outscored Kazakhstan 27 to 11 .
In the third quarter Lebanon continued its game and managed to have a comfortable lead 75-55.In the fourth quarter Coach Dragan gave all his players the chance to participate in such a great level of intensity , Kazakhstan made a run but didn't cause any serious problems to the Lebanese National Team. Lebanon won 90-77.
