Bank MED Legaue : Final 4 : Riyadi - Moutahed 1-1 , Hoops - Champville :0-2

As predicted the Final 4 will be full of excitement, games of two of the two series saw overtimes. Riyadi who lost the first game on its home court needed an overtime to win Game 2 in Tripoli against Moutahed on the score of 81-84 and to tie the series 1-1.

The game was a very close one thoughour the first half ,but a run made by Riyadi players especially though Ali Mahmoud ( finished the game with 22 points ) gave them the lead in the 4th but the home team regrouped and managed to tie it in the end74-74.

In the overtime Riyadi’s big experience prevailed in the end and secured them a very precious win on the score 81-84.

In the other game that joined Hoops to Champville in Murr Stadium, Champville needed an overtime to secure its second win in the series.

The game was a very close one throughout all its quarters, despite playing with the injured William Byrd Hoops remained in the game. Champville had the chance to seal the win before 3 seconds from the end when Khatib scored one from two free throws to tie the game 71-71.

In the overtime hoops who had lost 3 key players for fouling out William BYRD , Anthony YAMMINE & Mohamad HAMDAR couldn’t continue on the same rhythm , Fadi Khatib took over and led his team to the second win on the score 79-82.
