The AFL's Women's Round is back, with a greater focus on girls and women playing the game than ever before.
The AFL has set up a dedicated website, Making A Mark, detailing all of the Women's Round events, including the AFL's Women's National Championships.
In Victoria, the round two game of the Victorian Youth Girls Championships between the South Eastern and Western Youth Girls Interleague teams will be played on the MCG. This game will be followed by the Melbourne Football Club's Women's Round Lap of Honour. Youth Girls teams will accompany the captains of the senior Victorian team on a lap of the MCG prior to the Melbourne versus Collingwood game. on Monday.
