The Hepburn Medal and Presentation Night was held on Saturday 29th August at the Civic Centre. It was night where the football community came together to celebrate the achievements of players, umpires and volunteers over the night.
Brendon White took out the Hepburn Medal, one vote separating him to Jorden Hooks. The Frank Murray Reserves medal was won by Corey 'Jack' Bennier also by one vote, to Victor Smith. The Colin McArthur Medal for Colts had a clear winner with Jevan Tholstrup but a tie for Runner Up, Liam Baines and Cooper Tamlin. The Women's winner was Emma Calvert followed by a three way tie, Bianca Bambra, Rachelle Jones and Tenique Adams.
Leading goal kickers were Jye County, Victor Smith, Melvin Tataya and Jevan Tholstrup.
Umpire of the year was awarded to Michael Magagnotti. The Freddy Curnow Footballer of the Year was awarded to Braydon Wood and Ozzie Ainsworth, Best Under 21 to Melvin Tataya.
There were many awards for Milestone games and to our wonderful volunteers who are the glue to our clubs.
