GYMNASTICS COMPETITION
Warm Up: 12:00pm Start: 1:00pm Divisions: 20+ (Pre Veterans) 30+ 40+ 50+ 60+ 70+
Eligibility: Pre vets to be eligible must not have competed in Gymnastics competitions (other than veterans or masters) for 2 years prior to the 8th October 2005.
Events: MEN Floor Parallel Bars Horizontal Bar Vault Rings Pommel Horse Mini Tramp
WOMEN Floor Uneven Bar Beam Vault Mini Tramp
RHYTHMIC Ball Rope Hoop Ribbon Clubs

Voluntaries
Vaulting
On Vaulting and Mini Tramp:
2 Vaults will be allowed. They will be jumped consecutively unless otherwise advised. The best Vault will count in the final score
Judging:
Deductions for execution, minimum requirements. Bonus points will be added for difficulty, (See further)
Vaulting:
Tariffs come from code of points.
Mini-Tramp:
Bonus 0.5 for half or full twist Bonus 1.0 for two full twists Bonus 1.0 for two rotations
Exercise Standard:
MEN Minimum of 6 moves 9.0 Difficulty Bonus B' Moves 0.2 C' Moves 0.4 D' Moves 0.6 Total bonus points 1.0 TOTAL SCORE 10.0
WOMEN Minimum of 6 moves 9.0 Difficulty Bonus B' Moves 0.4 C' Moves 0.6 D' Moves 0.8 Total bonus points 1.0 TOTAL SCORE 10.0
Judges: All judges will be Australian Gymnastic Federation or State Association Accredited.
Apparatus: Standard equipment will be used including full floor area.
Men: Vaulting Table - 1100mm or 1250mm High Bar - 2500mm
Women: Vaulting Table - 1100mm
Teams: 4 members. Best 3 scores for men and best 2 scores for women will be used for each team member and all 4 members scores will count for the team total.
Scores:
Best 3 scores for men and best 2 scores for women for all round winners.
Trophies:
Medals will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, 3rd all Round Champion in each division.
1st, 2nd, 3rd team in each division.
A special medal will be presented to each competitor 70 years and over.
All participants will receive a certificate.
