Rules and Regulations
The competitions will be conducted under the rules of The Royal and Ancient Club of St Andrews, Scotland, together with the local rules of the host clubs. All participants must be amateurs and hold an AGU or WGA handicap or equivalent handicap issued by the National Association of the players home country.
