North Canterbury U15 Girls Triumph in Dunedin
The North Canterbury U15 girls team completed a succesful campaign at the weekend by winning the South Island title beating close rivals Canterbury in the final.
Coached by Mike Block and Tracey Hema the girls went through the weekend undefeated and have now qualified for the National tournament in Rotorua October 6th - 10th.
The North Canterbury Boys coached by Sarah Dakers and Sam Folwer also competed well, going through pool play undefeated before loosing a hard fought quarter final to Otago and going on to finish in 7th place.
