Sedlacek is from Serbia and Montenegro began his playing career in the 1970’s as a member of the Red Star Belgrade basketball team. He began his coaching career when he was only 20 years old and has won several national titles along the way. Since 1990, Sedlacek has worked for FIBA as a coaching instructor for Africa and Asia. He played for Red Star Belgrade from 1973 to 1978, won the National Cadetts Cup with Red Star in 1975 and Junor National Championship with Red Star in 1977. He was assistant coach for the ‘World Team’ against Nike All-American team from 1998-2008 and hold as director and head coach only European Shooting camp 2001-2008. He hold as director and head coach only European Shooting camp 2001-2008. He was a head coach for Swedish team ALVIK in 1994, finishing in 3rd place. He is a Director of Basketball Without Boarders Camp for Europe (2001-2008) and BWB America(2005-2007) as well as a Director of Micheal Jordan Euro Camps at October 2006 and 2008. Mr. Sedlacek Became a FIBA instructor in 1989 and has held over 50 clinics for basketball coaches in Russia, England, Belgium, Jordan,Italy, Egypt, Singapore, Syria,UAE and Ethiopia, all under the branch of the International Olympic Committee.
