North Shore Hub:

This competition is for Primary School students and is played on Tuesday and Wednesday nights.

 

Tuesday Leagues Semester One will commence on 17th March: Year 2-4 Boys, Year 2-4 Girls and Year 5&6 Girls

Wednesday Leagues Semester One will commence on 18th March: Year 5&6 Boys

 

All players playing at Eventfinda, AUT, YMCA, Murray's Bay Intermediate and Massey Uni will get access to game video from Glory League.

 

The Leagues will play at various venues. The specific venues for each league will be based on maximising capacity based on availability. 

 

The various venues include:

Eventfinda Stadium

Albany Junior High School (AJHS)

AUT North Campus Gymnasium

YMCA - Northcote (The Y)

SWISH Factory

Massey Uni - Albany (Recreation Centre)  - Year 5&6 Girls only

Murray's Bay Intermediate - Year 5&6 Girls only

Transformation Academy - Year 5&6 Girls only

 

Year 5 & 6 Girls only Leagues will need to be played at Massey Uni and/or Murrays Bay Intermediate as the hoops at those venues cannot be lowered to 8.5 ft for the y2-4 leagues. 

 

Competitions run for 13 weeks each semester.

• Weeks 1–4: Grading Rounds

  • The first two grading rounds are played, followed by a full regrade of the league.

  • Teams then play two additional grading rounds, after which a second regrade will occur.

  • This two-stage grading process ensures teams are placed as accurately as possible.

• Weeks 5–11: Round Robin

  • Teams compete in seven weeks of round robin games within their final graded leagues. 

• Weeks 12–13: Finals

  • The season concludes with two weeks of finals.

A reminder if your child is playing at AUT to park in the first carpark (carpark 2) and to collect a parking pass from reception. Please do not enter courts at AUT until asked.

April: 21 (<= Grading games), 28

May: 5, 12, 19, 26,

June: 2, 9, (Finals Games =>) 16, 23

 

Wednesday Playing dates Semester 1: 

March: 18, 25

April: 1, 22 (<= Grading games), 29

May: 6, 13, 20, 27

June: 10, 17(Finals Games =>) 24

July: 1
