Intermediate School 2026

This competition is for Year 7-8 Students.
Competitions: Boys League 1-14 and Division 2, Girls League 1-7
Everyone Must be registered on GameDay! No registration, no play!

All competitors at Eventfinda Stadium, AUT, YMCA, Murray's Bay Intermediate, and Massey University (Albany) will receive Glory League Video footage of their game. Games played at other venues (Transformation Academy and Northcross) will still receive glory league stats.
Semester 1 2026 commences Monday 9th March. Entries close 5pm 27th February.
All games are played at Eventfinda Stadium, Albany Junior High School (AJHS), AUT, Murray's Bay Intermediate School, YMCA Northcote, Northcross Intermediate, Transformation Academy and Massey University (Albany) unless stated otherwise on the draw on a Monday night between 3:50pm and 9pm.
Competitions run for 13 weeks in Semester 1 (Term 1&2 combined). The first four weeks of each competition will be grading rounds.

Weeks 1–4: Grading Rounds

The first two grading rounds are played, followed by a full regrade of the league.

Teams then play two additional grading rounds, after which a second regrade will occur.

This two-stage grading process ensures teams are placed as accurately as possible.

Weeks 5–11: Round Robin

Teams compete in seven weeks of round robin games within their final graded leagues.

Weeks 12–13: Finals

The season concludes with two weeks of finals.

Mouthguards are compulsory as per BBNZ rules
A reminder if your child is playing at AUT to park in the first carpark (carpark 2) and to collect a parking pass from reception. Please do not enter the court area until asked at AUT.

May: 4, 11, 18, 25
June: 8, 15,(>= Finals rounds) 22, 29
