NX Stars and TNIS Bulls Claim Semester 2 Titles

Levi McBirney had 14 points to lead the TNIS (Takapuna) Bulls over the NX (Northcross) Autobots in their 36 – 21 win in the Boys League One final Levi also had support from Yaser Rezaee with 10 points. Ben Castle lead the NX Autobots with 10 points. The turning point of this game was the 2^nd quarter as the NX were outscored 10-2. This trend also continued in the 3^rd and 4^th quarter with great full court defence from the Bulls.

In the Girls League One final Northcross proved to of picked the right name as the “Stars” beat the TNIS Suns in a close battle. Ella Fotu proved to be the difference and also sealed the game hiting the biggest shot of the night two metres back from the 3 point line on the buzzer to lead the stars in a 24-16 win over the TNIS Suns.
