ALL Referee Courses and Clinics provided by Harbour Basketball are Free!

 

There is an expectation that in order to progress to being a paid referee black shoes and pants are required. Harbour Basketball does not currently provide these.

 

For the course you will be provided with:

Course Material

Whistle

Trainee shirt (on loan)

 

Upon completion of training you will be given a "grey shirt" (and return your trainee shirt) and begin to be paid.

 

Payments start at $14ph for U18 year olds and $21ph for 18 and over.

 

As you improve your individual payrate will increase at the discretion of the Referee Development Officer.

 

The Maximum pay rate is $30ph.

 

2023

 

Hamilton Girls High School are taking 3, 3x3 teams to Nationals during summer tournament week (29 March to 1 April 2023) and need to provide a referee per team

Referees Clinic April 5 2023 

 

There is a refs clinic being held on wednesday the 5th of April at Eventfinda Stadium 4.30pm - 7.00pm

 

The clinic is being hosted by FIBA refferee Dallas Pickering.

 

Anyone is welcome to come along and attened.
