New Plymouth age group teams played against Taranaki Country Basketball at the The TSB Hub in Hawera on Sunday July 24th in a series of games before they head off to their Premiership Tournaments in August.

TCB won the U13 Girls and U15 Boys games and NP won the U13 Boys match. At this stage of the season, these games allow for the coaches of each team to assess how their training program is progressing and make any final adjustments before they head off to compete in the BBNZ Zone 3 tournaments.

The U13 tournament will be held in Hutt Valley from August 5th to 7th and the U15 tourney will be held in Porirua from August 12th to 14th.
