This made them winners of Pool 4 and placed them squarely in the top 8 teams in the country. They play in the quarter finals on day 3 of the tournament.

The boys had a mixed day going down to a tough Canterbury team 48-98 in their morning game. Canterbury went onto to beat Harbour and take top of Boys Pool 3.
