Before the Game 

• Fill out the scoresheet.

• Make sure all players have mouthguards.

• Ensure everyone is wearing the same uniform – bibs are available if needed.

• Check that teams are not clashing in colours – bibs are available.

• Collect the bands from the Floor Conrtoller 

 

Game Play

• Timing: 13-minute halves with a 2-minute halftime.

• Substitutions: Rolling subs – players MUST high-five at halfway when subbing.

• Ball Size: Size 5.

• Defence Rule: Players can only defend the player wearing the same-coloured band.

• Every player on court wears a band.

• Players may only defend/steal from the player with the same-coloured band. 

• If a player steals the ball from someone wearing a different-coloured band, the on-court coach must blow their whistle, remind the defender they can only guard their own colour, and give the ball back to the other team on the sideline.

After the Game

• Pick up all drink bottles, mouthguard cases, and personal belongings.

• Return all coloured bands/bibs to the control table
