What is the Workshop about?
This workshop will cover concepts of leadership, coaching philosophy and team culture. It will also explore competition planning and peak performance strategies for athletes and teams. The presenter will provide examples from sport & business and also local coaching programmes and explain how these concepts can be modified and incorporated into your every day coaching.
Who should attend?
Club, school and community coaches who want to advance their coaching knowledge regardless of your coaching level and experience.
Also Youth and Senior Rep Coaches, Coaching Directors, CoachForce Staff, Development officers
and Coach Educators.
