Annual General Meeting (AGM) 31 March 2011
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Basketball Waitakere City Incorporated will be held at
Trust Stadium, Level 1, Herons Room
on
Thursday 31st March 2011 commencing at 7.30pm
The business of the AGM shall be:
1. to receive the Board's report and financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2010;
2. to receive the auditor's report on the financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2010;
3. to appoint new board members; and
4. any general business.
General Business
The matters to be included in the general business for the AGM will include:
· Vote for Name Change; and
· To deal with any other business which can properly be considered at the AGM.
