All the events will be conducted by the Northern Territory Cycling Association in conjunction with the Darwin Cycling Club according to the rules of the UCI and Australian Cycling Federation (ACF).
Entry shall be open to members of participating countries and properly registered member associations of the ACF. An event permit is available for non-licenced cyclists at a cost of $18.00 per event which must be applied for and completed at the Accreditation Meeting. Cycling events in the Arafura Games will cater for elite men and women and U/19 men and women with the Top End Tour open to all registered cyclists.
Races may be combined if numbers are low to make an adequate race.
