Pacific Games Council President Vidhya Lakhan (Fiji) was re-elected unopposed to a third term in office at the annual General Assembly held in Wallis Island from 18-19 October. President Lakhan was first elected to the Council Presidency in 2003.
Marcus Stephen (Nauru) was elected to the vacant position of Vice President, whilst Secretary-General David Boyd (New Caledonia) and Treasurer John Tierney (Cook Islands) were both re-elected.
The Executive Board also comprises Carl Probert (Fiji), who was elected by his fellow athletes at the 2011 Pacific Games, and Andrew Minogue, the Council's Executive Director.
