Reminder - Playing time for u13/15 . Games are played with a running clock for 2 by 20min halves with a 5min break. 60 sec time out (2 permitted). Clock stops on timeouts.
U 18 – Running clock for 4 by 15 min quarters (2-5-2 min breaks). 90 sec timeout (2 permitted). Clock stops on timeouts.
Look to get started on time as the schedule between games is tight.
Boys: The appropriate stick length for u15 boys.
July 4th is the celebration of lacrosse carnival:
There are a series of mini games against different teams
U8/11’s will be playing their culminating event where teams from NE & SW come to play a series of mini games. 8.30 for an 8.45 start – 10am.
U13/15 girls will follow along with their games starting at 10.15 start – 12 noon.
- Playing Lacrosse5’s in a rotation of mini games (4-5 games). This is noncontact (stick or body), one v one to free ball, 4 sec carry limit.
- Need to have 5 players. Goalie plus 4 on the field or you can use a shot blocker or bin in the goal if you only have 4 players.
Team entries – this Friday at the latest so that fixtures can be set.
All teams to provide their own umpire and ball.
July 4th at Glenelg: U13 boys will be participating in a series of games starting at 10.30am.
