The annual SCAFL Junior Representative Football Carnival against Tuggeranong Lions FC, takes place at Greenway Enclosed Oval, Sorwood Ave, Tuggeranong, on Sunday 5 June, with under 13s and under 15s competing this year.
This is an important component of the League's junior football calendar, playing for the Ken Woodman Trophy, which has been contested annually since 1995. Tuggeranong are the current holders and also hold a 6 to 4 edge in number of wins, and SCAFL players will be looking to bring the trophy back home this year.
Games are both 20 minute four quarters with no time on, significantly longer than usual for players in these age groups, game times as follow;
Under 13's - 10.00am
Under 15's - 11.30am
Coach for players and parents from Berrambool Oval at 6.00am on match day, returning from Tuggeranong at 2.00pm for arrival home at about 5.30pm.
Final training run will take place at Berrambool Oval, Merimbula, at 10.00am on Sunday 29 May, with teams selected from the following squads;
