Hawker International Softball Complex transforms into the host venue for the Healthpact 9th Australian Masters Games. The atmosphere is enthralling, and exciting as we get ready to welcome our softball family for a week of great sport and friendship.
The marquee is up !!!! and has been extended.
Today our Masters Signs go up and our site will certainly be in full Masters swing by close of businees today. Our Marquee has been added too, and the site is taking shape.
We have 1230 participants registered, and 92 teams coming to town.
Please don't forget to bring with you your ideas for the
team competition for the Dug Out Dinner, and checkout the Social Functions for our entertainment during the week. Remember there are money prizes for the best ideas.

Parking Vouchers
For team
except WA and Canada, your parking vouchers have been posted. Parking vouchers cannot be replaced, so don't forget to bring them with you.
They must displayed on the "PASSENGER's" side of the front windscreen.
This will allow you access to Walhallow Street, which will be ONE WAY. You will not be able to get down Delemere Street. So only use Walhallow Street. Be patient with traffic delays.
MEET AND GREET
** Remember Thursday 30th October, if you are in town, drop by Softball and have a drink with the staff and volunteers of Softball Canberra. We look forward to meeting you prior to the games. **
TECHNICAL MEETING
There will be a Team Managers Meeting in the Marquee at the back of Diamond 3, at International Softball Complex, Walhallow Street, Hawker, on Saturday 1st November 2003 commencing at 7 a.m.
Following the Managers Meeting there will be an Umpires meeting commencing at 8 a.m. or if the Managers Meeting is short, the umpires meeting will commence directly after that meeting.

Due to some teams having other arrangements for the Dug Out Dinner I still have 50 tickets for sale. These are only for Accompanying Persons.
