F.A.Q.
Are teams allowed to have `under age' players?
No. Each participant must, by 31 December 2003, have attained the nominated minimum age for the event they are entering.
Do we need to bring our own balls? Match ball will be provided, however it is the responsibility of each participating team to bring their own balls for training and warm up.
Do we need an alternate strip? All teams must nominate a `Home' and `Alternative' strip. All first named teams on the draw will be deemed the `Home' team and therefore play in their nominated colours. In the event there is a clash of colours with the `Home' team's nominated colours, the `Visiting' team will need to change to an alternate strip. It is preferable for no part of the alternate strip to clash with the nominated colours of the `Home' team's strip ie shirts, shorts & socks, but teams will be permitted to retain their shorts and socks if the alternate shirt does not clash with the `Home' teams shirt.
Do we need to bring our own referee? Official Referees have been organised to referee all matches, however Assistant Referees will only officiate in the Finals matches. If possible Teams should provide someone to run the line.

Is there car parking available at the Soccer venue? The Soccer events are being played at the University of Canberra where there is plenty of off street parking.
Is there public transport nearby to the Soccer playing fields?< ACTION Buses runs buses regularly between the Bus Interchanges at Belconnen and Civic and the University on Hayden Drive. Bus timetables from the University will be included in the Managers Information Packs.
Can I buy Soccer merchandise? Soccer specific merchandise will be available for purchase at the Games. The available items will be:
* Polo Shirt (Poly Cotton) - White with Navy trim $45.00
* T-Shirt (Cotton) - Navy with White trim $25.00
* Long Sleeve T-Shirt (Cotton) - Navy with White trim $40
Sizes: S, M, L, XL, XXL and XXL

Will there be a Soccer specific function? We are proposing to have a `welcome' BBQ after the games on Saturday 1 November 2003. Further information will be provided at a later date.
Will games clash with the Opening Ceremony (Saturday 1 November) and Melbourne Cup Day (4 November) events?
The Soccer matches will be scheduled so they do not clash with official functions organised for the 9th Australian Masters Games.
