NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

DARWIN BASKETBALL ASSOCIATION Inc (ABN 49 828 734 546)
The Annual General Meeting of the Darwin Basketball Association Inc shall be held at 10.00am on Sunday the 7th May 2017 at the St Mary’s Football Club, Abala Rd, Marrara.
All Board nominations must be received no later than
5pm Friday 21st April, 2017.
They should be (in the strictest confidence), either:
- Emailed directly and only to executive@darwinbasketball.com.au
- Placed in an envelope addressed to
Executive Officer – Kerri Savidge and hand delivered to the office
- Mailed by post addressed to the Executive Officer – Kerri Savidge
