BANMI 25 & Under Basketball League Finals
BANMI 25 & Under Basketball League which is sponsored by SaipanCell is down to its last two teams The Ulloas is coached by CNMI National Team player John Sablan and Sonics is coached by former MISA Chairman Jesse Tudela. The first game of the Finals which is a best of three games was played last Sunday, July 1, 2007 at the Gilbert C. Ada Gym where Ulloa taking game 1 from the Sonics who missed the services of their coach and team manager Jesse Tudela who left for the U.S. Mainland. Game 2 however was a different story where the Sonics bounced back to even up the series to 1 game apiece last July 2, 2007. Ulloa's defeated G-Stars to earn the first slot to the Finals while the Sonics defeated defending champions OL'Aces in a double overtime to earn the second slot to the Finals to set the show down with Ulloa's. Final game will be on Friday, July 6, 2007 at 7:00pm.
