Coral Ace Champions League Kicks Off!!
Saturday the 14 of May, 2011 officially signified the start of the Coral Ace Champions League. The League was on a hiatus due to the recent events of bad weather making the outside courts at Bairiki a non playable surface. The Coral Ace Champions League is an exciting event for the KBF this year as it is implementing a new format for competitions combining the Independence Anniversary Championship and the Champions League - an event that will be growing in size and stature. In addition, with the event of modern technology the KBF is introducing the sportzware program in how it does its competition enabling results and fixtures to be available for viewing through the internet or KBF website.
The Coral Ace Champions League will feature two mens divisions and one female division. In the Mens Division One category 9 teams have registered and for the Mens Division Two category 6 teams have registered. As for the Womens Division 6 teams have also registered.
The KBF wishes all the teams the best as they compete to be the Champions for 2011.
