Four teams in the ANZ Basketball championship will soon to enter the knock out stages starting on 12th September and hopefully to complete on 19th September 2004. 18 teams both men & women had been competed in the sponsored ANZ championship, which was started on May this year. The high light of this years basketball championship was the inclusive of RAMSI mens & womens team in the competition. The SIBF will soon organise a short competition straight after the ANZ championship that will carry on until late November. The Federation would like to sincerely thank the ANZ bank for its support especially in the current ANZ championship and look forward to work with them in future.
