National Basketball Squad Tests
The Solomon Island Basketball Federation had organized a test match for its men and women national squad yesterday at the Multi purpose hall as part of their preparation for the Palau Mini South Pacific Games from July/August 2005.
The mens team had took on a `mystery` team which was consist of piliphinos, RAMSI and few locals. The game was really tough and interesting and the mystery team had lead the show until the last quarter which the national had took over and run away with a full time score 54 to 48 infavour of the national team. The womens team had an easy ride by beating the Honiara select by 66 to 23 score.
