Referees to Palau Mini Game
The FIBA Oceania had accepted 3 senior referees from Solomon Islands to help out in the officiating of the Palau Mini Game basketball tournament. Referees are Brian Pongotapu, Emma J Hatigeva and Lungu Kiloko.
The Solomon Island Basketball Federation is hereby thanking the FIBA Oceania for accepting our 3 senior referees as it will really boost our referees standard. Solomon Island will be bid to host the 2011 SPG in Palau, so we need to expose our referees abroad and have them experience to tougher competition in preparation for future regional national tournaments.
