2005 HBL SUPER 8 BASKETBALL CHAMPIONSHIP

The 2005 Honiara Basketball League Super 8 basketball competition had kicked off last two Sundays. 8 Mens and 8 Womens team had took part in the super 8, including a Mens and Womens team from the Regional Assistant Mission to Solomon Island (RAMSI) and a Mens team from the Philipino communities here in the Solomon Island. The competition is really heat up which raised the standard, promotion and development of the game.

The competition is expected to wind up next month and the league proper should kick off after that.
