Referee recruit
Aki Sua has carried out a referee training for new members who are interested in the field. Four new members are able to take this training and are now observed during the national league that is currently on the run.
This training was held at the Tulaele court on Wednesday 19 March. Aki was the instructor for this training which took up two hours. The four members are Mose Lafaele, Ioka, Robbie and Filo. It was a good thing that they were fast learners.
These four new referees were able to officiate a few games last week friday and Saturday. They were good but were not confident enough to make the calls because it was thier first time. They were also afraid to make calls and wavered when compained to but after 3 games they managed to gain confidence and are now passed to be officials in the association.
