Peched Raw Crowned the Champion
Peched Raw Finally crowned the title of Champion of 2017 IP&E Amateur Basketball League winning two games continuously of the best of three championship series held last Tuesday and Thursday respectfully.
The first game played on Tuesday was highly competitive match up in which Peched Raw came out on top outscoring 101-99 over Ngerchemai Ranchers. Peched Raw again won the second game of the series scoring 111-95 unremittingly played on Thursday, March 30. Ngerchemai was leading in the first three quarters scoring 26-18, 29-25 and 28-25 in each with the total scores of 83-68 over Peched Raw up to the bottom of the third quarter. But at the fourth quarter, Ngerchemai could not maintain the previous scoring status. Peched Raw added 33 against 12 of Ngerchemai at the last and succeed to pilot the winning scores of 111 to 95 to be declared as the Champion of the league, leading by 16 points. Dennis Castro was the top scorer of the day game assembling 41 scores for Peched.
