The 2006 Shell Summer Youth Basketball Tournament 15 & Under Division began on the July 1st and finished on August 3rd. The 15 & Under Division Championship was won by the Medalii Team by a score of 44 to 43 over the Idid Team. It was an exciting game with several lead changes and the outcome being decided by a single free throw. The winning shot was made by Medalaii's Spyce Koshiba, who won the game by putting in the last free throw during the last second of regulation. Third place went to the Ikelauans with the fourth place going to the Ngerbeched Team. The tournament consisted of four teams who competed in a double round robin format competition.
