The club is currently looking for 4-6 trainers and water carriers for the coming season and we would encourage anyone who is interested in filling any of these positions to step right up, here and now, and become an essential part of our team.
Similarly, we could certainly use a couple of extra timekeepers in the coming season because this is a position which we simply can’t do without!
Becoming a member of the club’s support team will provide a great opportunity to enhance your sports trainer skills as well as being a part of a supportive, friendly environment with a club which has its sights firmly set on becoming a power in the VFL.
Although ‘water carrier’ might not sound the most glamorous job in the league it’s an essential element of our on-field operations. Becoming a vital part of the support team will enable you to really assist the players on match days and you’ll have the chance to watch how the club operates, and what has to actually happen to get the team onto the ground.
Who knows, you might even decide to pursue a sports trainer qualification and there would be no better opportunity than being a part of this VFL club in Bendigo.
Have you ever thought of being the timekeeper for a grand final and get the chance to end the season with the final siren, that brings absolute elation and delight for one team’s players and supporters, and temporary despair for the opposition?
Well, here’s your chance to start down that path. The club is looking for people willing to be timekeepers and, if you’d like to have a go, then we’d be delighted to hear from you. As with the other positions outlined above, you’d be an integral part of the club’s support team and, one day, you might just get the chance you’ve always wanted to participate in a grand final.
Becoming a part of our club and joining the support team is one of the very best ways in which you can support the Bendigo Bombers. If you’d like to be a part of the VFL action, or if you would like any additional information, then please contact us on (03) 5444 1737 and we’ll be pleased to discuss any of these positions with you. Alternatively email us an info@bendigobombers.com and we will get in touch with you.
