Leigh Tudor has joined the St Kilda Football Club as an Assistant Coach just a year after guiding Geelong to a VFL Premiership.
Tudor guided the Cats to the 2007 premiership win over the Coburg Tigers and had four seasons at the helm.
“I hope to draw upon my past experience to contribute to the Saints and very much look forward to embracing the challenge ahead," Tudor said.
The move continues an off-season of change for Geelong's VFL team with the retirement of inspirational skipper James Byrne and the inclusion of J.J. Liston Trophy winner James Podsaidly from the Werribee Tigers.
Tudor's addition means that the Saints now have four staff with VFL coaching experience on its books including Ross Lyon (Carlton VFL), Greg Hutchison (Casey Scorpions) and Andy Lovell (Sandringham).
