Coming off the back of its best season since 2008, Frankston has every reason to be optimistic they can continue to improve.
While they have lost key players in Sam Lloyd and Lachlan Delahunty, the Dolphins secured plenty of young talent.
Look for recruits Messrs Cavarra, Taylor and Harper to make immediate impacts.
With greater depth than they’ve had since they made the finals in ’08, Frankston will again prove competitive, especially at the unique dimensions of its home ground.
Can Frankston make the finals? All the stars would need to align, but they look to be as well placed as they have in the past six seasons.
