The best talent from within the Peter Jackson VFL have been named in this years Team of the Year. 24 players were announced as part of the side, with Port Melbourne again leading the way with six players named in the side.
Casey Scorpions coach Brett Lovett was awarded the Coach of the Year title, after leading Casey to top spot on the Peter Jackson VFL ladder in season 2012 in his first season in the role, and after a number of experienced departures in the off season for the Scorpions.
