Former Collingwood and North Melbourne player Ben Davies will return home to Williamstown in 2009.
The hard running midfielder will add pace, depth and experience to the Seagulls midfield group next year.
The former Western Jets player played 12 games for Collingwood from 2005-2007 after being originally drafted as an AFL Rookie. At the end of 2007 he was traded to North Melbourne where he played one AFL game in 2008 against Geelong in Round 11.
Davies, who turns 23 years old in February, played in 21 matches for Werribee last season and was named in his side's best 11 times. It follows 32 senior appearances and 10 goals for Williamstown in 2006 and 2007.
