Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is given the Palmerston and Regional Basketball Association Annual General Meeting is to be held Thursday Dec 7 at 7pm at the Blain Electoral Office (Oasis Shopping Centre Palmerston)
At the Annual General Meeting, members will be asked to vote on a special resolution to replace the constitution of Palmerston and Regional Basketball Association. The special resolution to be proposed at the meeting will be:- "That Palmerston and Regional Basketball Association Inc. adopt its proposed new constitution as the constitution of the association." Note: A copy of the draft new constitution for Palmerston and Regional Basketball Association Inc. is available for perusal by members upon request.
