After a terrific turnout for our Future Tigers Program in Term 1, we would like to introduce you to our Head Coach of the program, Declan Ryan. Declan is one of our most promising up-and-coming WABL coaches, being heavily involved with our U12 and U14 programs over the last few Seasons. Declan is currently Head Coach of our 12.2 Boys. His team won their respective Division at the recent 2021 Fuel to Go and Play BWA State Championships in November/December 2021 and will play in Basketball WA’s WABL competition in the U12 Championship grade.
Declan has grown up representing Willetton in his junior career and is passionate about the Club, while also working hard to develop his Coaching knowledge. He will have the support of other WABL Coaches in the program as the Term progresses.
This program is targeted at 2013 born players looking to try out for our 2023 WABL teams.
This will prepare them to attend tryouts with a better knowledge of expectations and skillsets The Sessions will be on Sunday afternoons commencing Sunday 1 May 2022, with boys from 4pm to 5pm and girls from 5pm to 6pm. The cost is $100.00 for 9 x sessions or $15.00 for a casual visit.
